Dear Future Sisters,

You may not know who I am, or know what chapter I belong to, but we will soon be sisters. You may be planning on joining another chapter, or you know Phi Sig is for you, but we will soon be sisters. Whether you go to another school right now, or you’ve been here for years, we will soon be sisters. No matter what you have planned for the future, we will soon be sisters.

From personal experience, going through recruitment can be very scary. You don’t really know anyone and no one really knows you. However, once you meet the sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma, you will know you belong. There will be an instant connection and a feeling of belonging. Whether you make that first connection with your soon-to-be big or just another sister, you will feel the comfort. You will be able to find yourself and grow as a person through the experiences you have.

You will get a big who will be your mentor and best friend. You will get a little who you will get to mentor and become her best friend. You will have so many sisters who love and support you throughout your years. You will make some of the best connections. You will hold positions and show others what it means to be a leader. No matter what you do, you will have someone in your corner who will support you and love you for it all. Phi Sigma Sigma has shown me what it means to be a sister and soon, we will show you too.
